LY NGUYEN THIEN QUY, named by parents as QUY DINH LY, born at 12:14 a.m. in December 8, 1954 ( Rat Hour, November 14, Year of the Horse, in lunar calendar). Mr. Ly has the pen name as  KHAI HUY & HUYEN CHUONG QUY for his literary writing.

   * Thien Quy was born when Vietnam had just divided into North and South Vietnam separated by the Ben Hai River.  At that time his father, HUYEN THUC LY already 55 years of age, born 1899 in Hoi An, formely Township Phuoc An-Phuoc Thien, Buu Son County, Ninh Thuan Province, Vietnam; and his mild, benevolent mother, NGO THI NGUYEN, already 36 years of age, born 1918 in Tan Duoc Village, Hoai Nhon County, Binh Dinh Province, Vietnam.

    * Thien Quy’s birth place was Tan Tai B Village, next to Tan Tai A Village, near seaway of Phan Rang City, Ninh Thuan Province, in the south of Central Vietnam.  In 1954, because of the destruction caused by Viet Minh at Township Phuoc An-Phuoc Thien, in which they arrested landlords, his parents’ family had to escape to Tan Tai B Village

    *  His paternal grandfather, named TUNG DINH LY, birthplace was Hoi An City

who had 7 wives passed the examination of Bachelor of Arts in the Royal City of Hue, in the dynasty of King Tu Duc and was granted Ninth Grade Courtier in the dynasty of King Thanh Thai.

   * His great grandparents, QUANG DINH LY and his family, who were in a rich family in Hoi An City, originated from Quang Dong Province in China, come and settled in Vietnam, had been the descendants of the Royal Family in the Ly Dynasty who fled to Quang Dong Province, China, took refuge because of the severe killings ordered by Do Thu Tran who held all powers in the period of King Canh Tran.  The maternal side of Mr. Thien Quy, the Nguyen family, who usually involved in small business was the descendant of the Tay Son Dynasty.

* Thien Quy is the fifth in the family of seven who has 3 older brothers, an older sister, and two younger brothers; however, all his brothers and sister died in the Vietnam War before April 30, 1975.  His third older brother, PHUNG DINH LY, soldier of the Army Seventh Division, died in action in February 9, 1972 in Kien Tuong.  His first young brother, HY DINH LY, born 1957, voluntary soldier in the Special Tactical Forces, died in action in April 23, 1975 in Go Dau, Tay Ninh.  His older sister MUI THI LY and his brother-in-law VONG THACH, deputy commander of the American Airbone Special Forces Company 350 at Ben Soi, Tay Ninh Province, who were transferred to Phnom Penh in 1970 were massacred together with their whole family by the Khmer Rouge forces.  His oldest and baby brothers were died of sicknesses.  Thien Quy has no more close family members and he has not been married.

* Thien Quy has been an orphan at 6 years old when his father died, at 8 years old when his mother died, and he was left alone by his brothers and sister because they lived with acquaintances after the deaths of their parents.  Therefore, at 7 years of age he had to do all house works and to take care of his mother who had been paralyzed for almost two years.  In August 1962 (July 12 in lunar calendar), his loving, kind mother, formely a school teacher, eternally separated from him by her death.

*  Thien Quy was raised for three years by Aunt TINH THI LE in the same village (i.e. Tan Tai B Village).  She kindly helped him to go school.  In 1965 Thien Quy lived in the family of his real uncle, HUY DINH LY, in Xuan Loc, Long Khanh Province, South Vietnam.  After the completion of 6 grade at Long Khanh High School, in the middle of 1968, he lived with his third brother Phung Dinh Ly in Gia Dinh Province.  Between the middle of 1969 and 1970, he lived with his older sister, Mui Thi Ly, and her husband at the camp of the American Airborne Special Forces in Ben Soi, Tay Ninh Province.  Then he came back to Gia Dinh Province and completed the 8 grade at Tan Khoa High School, schoolyear 1970-1971.

    *  Since August 1972, he lived with adopted sister and brother HAI VAN, a painter, in Saigon.  Here, he learned and practiced painting and decoration with Teacher Hai Van and at the same period he studied correspondence courses for 9, 10, 11 grades for two years (1973 and 1974).  He often participated in musical, journalistic, social, charitable activities introduced by MAI BE BI Family of the Chinh Luan Daily News led by Van Son Couple, Thuy Huong va Attorney Vinh Kim Pham.  He often sung to entertain the orphans of Khanh Hoi, Go Vap Orphanages and several other ones; he also assisted music shows in scholarship grants ceremonies at Duy Tan Club, Vietnamese-American Association.  During this period, Thien Quy wrote a number of poems, proses printed in the Dan Luan Daily News , on the page Mai Be Bi of the Chinh Luan Daily News , and Tuoi Hoa Weely with his name as QUY DINH . He composed some other poems under the pen name as PHUNG THIEN QUY, specially written for Thuy Huong who explained and commended Phung Thien Quy’s poems, printed on the page Mai Be Bi of the Chinh Luan Daily News in early December 1974 to celebrate Thien Quy’s birthday (December 8) at 20.

   *  In the middle of 1974, Thien Quy was the group leader of ROSE PERFUME WRITING GROUP.  Thu Kim Pham (student at the Faculty of Letters, Songwriter Bao Thu’s sister) was his co-founder of the group which had 36 members.  At the same time, while living he often helped Teacher Hai Van in decoration of artistic printing of the covers of music sheets and the stage backgrounds in music shows at the station of Television of Vietnam.

    * After schoolyear 1975-1976 Thien Quy, student at Hung Dao High School, schoolyear 1975-1976, graduated from high school, Literary History and Geography Section.  Between the middle of 1976 and July 30, 1977 he was officially a worker in charge of painting and decoration for three theaters (Rex, Mine Rex A and B of the Rex Shopping Center), and he was also the editor-in-chief for the press of the Ben Thanh Hotel which belonged to the City Tourist Company.

     *  After April 30, 1975, as other young men who had an ordinary life, at 21 Thien Quy, knew nothing about the communist regime, understood nothing about “socialism”, “communism”; he only knew that the war ended in his country, the North and the South were not separated any more by the Ben Hai River, “Blood and bones of the Vietnamese young men  spread and were full no more in jungles, on burning hills!”  But, after some months and years later, bearing the same fate like other innocent people, Thien Quy began to see clearly the severity, inhumanity, dictatorship, autocracy of the Vietnamese Communist regime.  The leaders of the Vietnamese Communists had foolishly become the tool, the henchmen of the Red Devil officials, with their plot “to spread their communism all over the world”, who alleged using violent revolution, manupilated “class hatred”, took advantage of the poor industrial, agricultural classes and “the National Liberation Ideal” of millions of heroes, soldiers who loved and protected their homeland.  The Vietnamese Communists made both Vietnamese in the North and the South, already poor, suffered, more worn out and hungry!...  Consequently, in early 1977 Thien Quy often presented to Teacher Hai Van and some closest co-workers, such as Minh, Phuong, Duc, that “We must destroy the flag with yellow star someday”, “We should have a new, nice National Flag”, “We must change the history!”.

   * Thien Quy had frankly criticized the Chief where he worked in a company activity meeting about his bad, usual action regarding sexual harrashment to female workers; therefore, in July 31, 1977, Thien Quy was forced by the Chief to do the Military Service demanded at that time as all young men of the North and the South had to realize this mission as citizens of an United Vietnam.

   *  In August 1, 1977, Thien Quy began his military life at the Nui Thi Vai Training Camp, Ba Ria.  In the middle of 1978 Thien Quy who participated in the war against the inhuman, killing-race Khmer Rouge regime was in charge of battle maps and administrative letters; he was a sergeant in the Army Regiment Staff, Regiment 55, Division 310, Military Zone 7, and he did his best to complete 3-year military service which was dangerous at the Kampuchea battle field!..

  * After the completion of his citizen mission, early August 1980, Thien Quy was demobilized owing to passing the entrance test for Combined City University, Literary Faculty.  After a short time, the University Staff forced him to transfer to the History Faculty, according to the regime’s demand.  Even though he had been an ideal person who would have been selected into the Vietnamese Communist Party very soon; he had received  the free intern policy with stipend for his studies and after graduation he would have become a government employee with all benefits and special treatments in the communist regime, but because he had not accepted the dictatorship of the Vietnamese Communist regime in reference to suppress the Studying Freedom Right  according to one’s will,  in early November 1980 Thien Quy fled Vietnam along with the people’s stream searching Freedom by passing-the-frontier route.  For nine days he had dragged his feets through the rain and wind, had been hungry in the jungle between Cambodia and Thailand and he had been arrested by the Khmer Rouge and was forced to do labor chores more than a month.  Fortunately, he had been blessed by the Almighty God and Sacred Saints; therefore, in the middle of December he had escaped from the searching of these savage people and was rescued by the International Red Cross bringing him to the Refugee Camp NW 9.

  * Thien Quy had been transferred from the Refugee Camp in Thailand to Galang Island, then at the end of April 1982 he was accepted to enter the U.S.; then he worked as a salesman for a company named Utotem .  From the end of 1983 to 1985 he worked as a book cover designer for Xuan Thu Publishing Company.  From 1986 to the middle of 1988 Thien Quy was a music show organizer in the State of Texas.  For three years, he often organized in Houston, Dallas, Austin cities some shows, including music, fashion show, ballroom dancing, and beauty contest of the Central and South of the U.S… His shows were cooperated by many groups and bands, such as CBC, Family Love, Anh Tai, Dreamer, Chi Tai and several singers and artists, such as Ngoc Lan, Jeannie Mai, Thanh Tuyen, Thai Thanh, Hoang Oanh, Xuan Son, Bich Lien, Bich Loan, Duy Quang, Thai Hien, Le Thu, Julie, Nhu Mai, Hai Ly, Nhat Ha, Nguyen Cao Ky Duyen, Thanh Hang, Kim Ngan, Leyna Nguyen, etc.

  * Since 1990, he has lived in Orange County, South California, drawing and painting shop signs. In 2002, with his ascendant, inclined-to-the-good soul and mind, Thien Quy received some bright, good sources of energy from the Almighty God and Sacred Saints helping him to have a good health and many lucks, to maintain his belief in reference to THE GOD HUMANISM. After returning to Orange County, Thien Quy who had processed by himself the Ascendant, Inclined-to-the-Good Ceremony in September 15 (lunar calendar!), 2003, began the God Humanism after writing the doctrine for GOD’S SOUL HUMANISM based on evolution and reason that the soul is moved and transferred by transclucent, efficacious air and pensive, meditative air activated by the Almighty God who peacefully plans according the destiny of each human life which is the basic religious theory of THE GOD HUMANISM .

* In commemoration of thirsty years of exile, Thien Quy wrote some poems and proses supporting the revolutionary psychological propaganda, specially the long historical verse entiled CONNECTING THE VIETNAMESE SENTIMENTAL ROUND ARMS . In his birthday, December 8, 2005, Thien Quy wrote the historical prose entitled PROCLAMATION FOR THE NEW LIGHT OF GOD’S WILL.  In May 30, 2006, Thien Quy wrote DECLARATION FOR PRIMARY FORMATION OF THE VIETNAMESE EQUAL SOCIETY PARTY”; at the same time he carried out the E-mail newspaper NEW LIGHT 2015 starting the psychological campaign for his NEO VIETNAMESE PARTY FOR HUMAN, EQUAL SOCIETY which was already disseminated in the media, Vietnamese people in the country and overseas, beginning the new, virtuous opportunity in the 2nd bright, good millennium, the millennium of peace.

    * In his youth, Thien Quy who had already liked prose, poem, music, movies, history, politics thought much about there had been many oppressions, unfairnesses and often most of the poor Vietnamese  had been suppressed by foreign forces . . . At 9 years of age he often sung the following songs  “My Village” (by Chung Quan), and “You Go to the Military Campaign”, etc.  He also read the novel “VALIANCY the Vietnamese Young Man” brought up the love for homeland, revolutionary spirit against foreign invasion.  At  12 years old, he already thought of establishment an equal, philanthropic societal regime in which there is no more the poor, a regime for all Vietnamese people who will have a better, easy, peaceful, happy lives in a country, Vietnam, which is prosperous, pacific, reaching the same level as other strong countries in the world.

  *  As of 2009 Thien Quy will officially disseminate DECLARATION OF NATIONAL EQUAL SOCIETY and THE CHARTER OF THE REVOLUTION FOR VIETNAMESE EQUAL SOCIETY . After that, he will operate the Movement for Revolution For THE NATIONAL LIBERATION OF VIETNAMESE SOCIETY in order to realize “THE GREEN, VELVET REVOLUTION”, bloodless for fighters, dissolving the whole apparatus of despotic Vietnamese Communist party and government in 2014.

* Thien Quy--specifically knowledgeable and receiving the God’s Will is a Fantastic Person Having King’s Fate--will begin, build the great revolution for the country and people’s benefits.  With the support of the Almighty God and Sacred Saints and the direct assistance of THE SACRED ANGEL OF NEO VIRTUE combined the determined struggling will of all Vietnamese in the country and overseas as a pushing strength, certainly Thien Quy will succeed greatly in totally dissolving the Vietnamese Communist regime at the end of 2014.  As of early 2015 he will form a new society regime VIETNAMESE GOD’S WILL EQUAL NATIONAL PROPERTY SOCIETY  with a new brilliant national flag in the new capital named AN HOA and a new national hymn according to GOD’S WILL pacified in THE REPUBLIC  OF THIENVIET.
