FOR THE PRIMARY FORMATION OF

THE VIETNAMESE REVOLUTIONARY

 EQUAL SOCIETY PARTY

To:

-  All inland, overseas Vietnamese

-  Inland, overseas Vietnamese media

-  Inland, overseas Vietnamese political parties, associations

-  Inland, overseas determined persons struggling for democracy, liberty, human right

-  Artists and noble, determined people of all classes and fields.  

           *  With several thousand years the history of the human race has passed through many ups and downs, streams of thought and doctrine attracting human living into contradictions, oppositions, mutual struggle.  The monarchy and feudalism which, lasted very long with the idea “respect for the king”, handing all powers to enjoy fame and benefit to the crown, were full of unfairness and continued in the mutual combat, danger, and harm.  Then came the empire, colonism, fascism, military dictatorship which were violent, inhuman, insincere, deceitful, fighting for fame and profit, suppressing, exploiting, enslaving the people of other countries.

*  In the pre-contemporary period the “international communist” regime led by the U.S.S.R caused suffered struggles in many regions of the globe.  In the name of erasing class unfairness, helping “laborers”, in fact, they who appeared as “bloodthirsty devils” put forward the violent revolution, the so-called “totalitarian proletariat”, controlling the government, exercizing policies which were despotically ruling-by-the-party, totalitarian, inhuman.  They processed the revolution in accordance with the atheistic, utopia doctrine of Karl Marx-Lenine with “class hatred” reasoning and dogmas which were strictly repeated, without conscience, brutal, moulding people into a living that of in the obscure prison.

            * These bloodthirsty communist red devils utilizing violent totalitarian proletariat furiously killed people and caused too many dangerous wars in other countries.  The catastrophe with many bloodshets, destroyed homes and buildings happened everyday for seventy years when the communist red devils had had their best strength.  Since the end of the eighties of the 20^th  century, owing to “the prediction” by “God’s Will” which does not tolerate these devils, “the international communist” system totally felt down when the U.S.S.R and the Eastern Europe Communist block had been dissolved.

            *  Nowadays, Russia and Eastern Europe countries really have democratic, liberal regimes, but Vietnam is still one of some communist countries left, foolish, corrupt and violent whose leaders try to hang on “the shadow of Red Devils Karl Marx –Lenine, maintaining the despotic, communist, ruling-by-the-party regime so that they can bind innocent people in miserable lives.  The pre-contemporary Vietnamese Communists stupidly became tools, henchmen of the international red devil officials who had plotted to spread their communism over the whole globe.  Communists Ho Chi Minh, Le Duan, Truong Chinh who had followed their Russian, Chinese officials, also utilized violent revolution, manipulated class hatred, took advantage of poor industrial agricultural classes and the national liberation ideal of heroes and combatants loving and protecting their Homeland; then they caused millions of suffered lives in the war in which brothers slaughtered brothers and made the Vietnamese both in the North and South more suffered, hungry, and ragged.          

             *  In the rivalry between two forces (i.e., “international communist” and “capitalist”) fighting to gain control and power, both regimes of the North and South Vietnam were their chessmen!... The Vietnamese of both North and South Vietnam constantly lived with poverty, unhappiness, death, separation caused by the  “assigned” war without conscience!...

             * Russian, Chinese communists took advantage of the Vietnamese to fullfil  their dream of“spreading their communism over the whole globe”:

               Old T54 tanks, B40 bazookas, 82 mortars . .

   Every night exploded, destroyed innocent people’s homes!..

   The USA, new colonist, in the name of protecting the fortress of Liberty

               Watered dollars, arms, ammunication, ravaged the S-form body country!..

   Vietnam was in the war!

              Vietnam was suffered!

               The Vietnamese women became of delicious food for international men!

               Blood and bones of Vietnamese youth fell down along the Long Range Mountains

               full  of wind and dust

               They were full in the jungle, on the savage flaming hills

               And also in the far-away salty deep ocean . . .

            * The event April 30, 1975 finished “brothers against brothers” war, but it left the beginning of “a new struggle” between the Vietnamese who recognize the ideal of democracy and liberty and the autocracy, inhumanity, foolishness of the despotic Vietnamese communist regime which is the “boss” of a united Vietnam from Frontier Pass Nam Quan to Cape Ca Mau.  

            * After April 30 1975 millions of Vietnamese fled their country for a new life with the vitality of freedom, democracy, and prosperity . . .

            *  In their journeys seeking liberty thousands of people died in the Pacific Ocean and also in jungles.

            *  Fortunately there had been the God Almighty, Sacred, Grand, Supreme who blessed the Vietnamese; therefore, nowadays there are more than 3 million Vietnamese who have had peaceful, liberal, happy lives in several civilized, modern, foreign countries.

            * Unfortunately the absolute majority of presently inland Vietnamese are still living in poverty, sorrow caused by the Vietnamese communists who are still foolishly maintaining their autocratic, despotic, ruling-by-the-party regime whose leaders have practiced policies which are stupid, faulty, tolerating feudal bureaucratic system which are suppressing, unfair, corrupt, and making the people poor, the country weak.  These authorities of the present despotic Vietnamese communist regime are described as follows:

          Their mouths preaches Marx-Lenine communist doctrine while their hands are

             taking European,  American dollars

             Hammocks and umbrellas . . . Good liquors . . . 

            Beautiful, young girls whose skins real white!

            Their laughings resound all night… They squeeze dry the innocent blood!

             Day by day. . . Millions of miserable lives

             Disease!  Their skins are rotten!  Hunger and poverty!  Crimes!

            Homeless children wander on the street, not going to school!

            They clean out left-over rice with flies on it!

            They sleep under bridges!.. Family ?  Love ?

            Are only in their dreams!..

           *  VIETNAM in the present time, under the despotic, autocratic communist regime, is still one of the countries behind the times, poorest in the world!...

           * Knowing God’s Will, in December 14, 2005 Ly Nguyen Thien Quy sent to all inland, overseas Vietnamese the historical document THE DECLARATION OF THE NEW LIGHT OF GOD’S WILL with the prediction that:

“The Vietnamese Communist regime will be felt, dispersed in the end of 2014 , and as of early 2015 the new regime THE VIETNAMESE GOD’S WILL EQUAL SOCIETY, in accordance with bright, good God’s Will, will be formed, led to its great success for the new social regime VIETNAMESE GOD’S WILL EQUAL NATIONAL PROPERTY SOCIETY which is new virtue and humane, having human rights, liberal, fair, philanthropic, civilized, and happy for all God’s Will Vietnamese.”

* Marking the first anniversary of excellent result in the psychological activities for THE NEO VIETNAMESE PARTY FOR HUMANE, EQUAL SOCIETY, realizing the ideal doctrine of THE NATIONAL EQUAL PROPERTY SOCIETY which is good, basically human, fair, philanthropic, happy for all Vietnamese, Ly Nguyen Thien Quy solemnly proclaims the Primary Formation of  THE VIETNAMESE REVOLUTIONARY EQUAL SOCIETY PARTY in May 30, 2006 in order to officially develop the force of determined members active in the country and overseas struggling for the Revolution towards the dissolution of the despotic Vietnamese Communist regime.

             * THE VIETNAMESE REVOLUTIONARY  EQUAL SOCIETY PARTY  and Party President Ly Nguyen Thien Quy has planned, organized, and led in the direction and with the dogma always for the National Honor and Right Cause of the Vietnamese race, heroic with four thousand years of fighting against foreign invasion.  His party would act in the spirit of absolute loyalty to the country, perfect gratitude to people, and always do according to public conscience for the benefits of the country and people, and for public profits for all Vietnamese in a united Vietnam from Frontier Pass Nam Quan to Cape Ca Mau in order to realize the ideal doctrine of THE NATIONAL EQUAL PROPERTY SOCIETY which is good, basically human, fair, philanthropic, helping the people rich, the country strong.  It will maximally improves the spirit of THE NATIONAL DEMOCRACY FOR THE PEOPLE with liberty, self-determination, independence, and self-powerfulness; and the spirit of national independence, peace, integral territory, powerfulness, prosperity; and also the spirit of social governance, equality, fairness, philanthropy, new virtue and humanity, human characteristic, human right, peace, abundance, and happiness for all Vietnamese.

             * In the social regime VIETNAMESE GOD’S WILL EQUAL SOCIETY, all countrymen are enhanced in terms of knowledge level; they study to develop their minds for virtue (i.e., humanity, gratitude, relationship sense, clarification, wisdom, valiancy) and their concepts for willingness (personalism, human master, human living, human right, human delicacy, humanity); and they have their lives which are equal, civilized, basically human, gaining spiritual profits, rich from middle to high classes (there will not be a poor person anymore!).  THE REPUBLIC OF THIENVIET  in accordance with bright, good God’s Will will fast become a powerful country which is civilized, advanced, having strong national defense forces and a wealthy people’s  economy, bringing  prosperous profits for all God’s Will Vietnamese, and also contributing to the advancement of human race civilization, human characteristic, peace, and happiness forever.

            * All determined members of THE VIETNAMESE REVOLUTIONARY EQUAL SOCIETY PARTY and Party President Ly Nguyen Thien Quy together wish all Vietnamese countrymen healthy, peaceful and having the trust in reference to the good, noble idealistic idea of THE VIETNAMESE RECOLUTIONARY EQUAL SOCIETY whose members love their country and people with all their hearts, and to the ideal doctrine, NATIONAL EQUAL PROPERTY SOCIETY, which is good, basically human, fair, philanthropic will bring prosperity, pleasure, happiness to a future hundred million of Vietnamese to their fatherland, Vietnamese national race which is always brilliant and it will be well-known with the right cause in the whole world forever.
